As Associate Legal Counsel, you will work directly with the company’s sales, R&D, product and operations teams to advise on new features and product planning as well as implementation and execution. This role will report directly to the General Counsel.
About the role

• Advise and lead cross-functional teams on the development, launch and growth of Equitybee products
• Associate Legal Counsel our sales, operations, product, engineering and executive teams throughout the product life cycle on applicable legal and regulatory contexts and boundaries
• Anticipate and find legal and regulatory risks and propose creative and effective solutions to address risks
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements in support of product initiatives
• Remain up-to-date on relevant industry, private placement, investment, broker-dealer and privacy laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to give sound regulatory advice
• Partner with the rest of the Legal & Compliance team to share information about regulatory changes and product development to help support across the team
